1. Take a piece of paper and make a laundry list titled- Everything that seems to be wrong with my life presently.
2. Now draw a line next to it and title it –Thank God these things in my life are good. Think of all the things, however insignificant they might appear that you can be grateful for. Things like food on your table, a well paying job, a good friend or loving companion or even a comfortable bed to sleep in at night.
4. Examine these two lists and notice how much longer your what’s wrong list appears to be.
5. Now consciously switch your attention to the right hand column titled what’s good and affirm my what’s good list is growing longer and longer with each breath. With this you switch on positive manifestation power.
6. Now tear along the center line and shred the what’s wrong list to pieces affirming out loud i choose to let go of all that’s wrong in my life now.
7. Pin up your whats good list in a prominent place where you can see it. Daily add one new thing that you are grateful for in your life. This will keep your focus engaged on creating more of what feels right and is good.
8. Each day as you see your what’s good list grow and you focus your attention and intent on it, you invoke the powers of manifestation to create powerful shifts in your life.
