11. Dropping the Mind Meditation

This beautiful Buddhist meditation is powerful, and if practiced regularly it can bring on the stillness with ease.


1. Sit in a peaceful and comfortable place

2. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths

3. Witness your thoughts as they arise

4. Don’t chase the past

5. Don’t entertain the future

6. Don’t dwell on the present

7. Simply rest in the stillness between your thoughts
